- Before purchasing your first pair of Madewell jeans, become a Madewell Insider. Madewell Insider is a free loyalty program that provides you with perks such as free shipping and returns on all online purchases, special coupons and savings, plus complimentary hemming on all of your jean purchases! Yes, free hemming on every pair of jeans you purchase. Madewell will even repair your jeans if something happens to them (up to a certain dollar amount). - Now that you are a Madewell Insider, use your complimentary hemming. Madewell does offer three different inseam options for all of their jeans, but sometimes your perfect inseam can’t be found off-the-rack. Madewell offers excellent customer service so don’t be afraid to ask if you have questions.
- Don’t throw away your old jeans! In an effort to reduce waste and support recycling, Madewell will take your old jeans and in return you will receive a $20 off coupon (for every pair of jeans you turn in) that you can use on any full-priced pair of jeans.
